Abdulrahman Muqri has contributed more than 29 years of dedicated service to Saudi Aramco, with a background in Chemical Engineering. Over the course of his career, he has held several key positions within the Area Loss Prevention organizations, supporting improved safety performance and operational excellence across company operations.

He currently serves as Manager of the Loss Prevention Technical & Engineering Services Division, leading a diverse team that drives progress in safety engineering, process safety, human factors, safety innovation, incident investigation, performance tracking, and emergency preparedness. His work focuses on strengthening technical governance, advancing risk management practices, and promoting continuous improvement across all business lines in support of corporate objectives and international standards.

Dr. Arafat Aloqaily holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and has over 25 years of combined industry and academic experience across multiple countries. His expertise centers on risk management, process safety, and incident management, with contributions in the business continuity and emergency management fields.

Dr. Aloqaily has authored and presented numerous papers on safety and risk management, and has contributed to advancing professional development and best practices in the safety community. He previously served as the VP of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) in the Middle East, where he actively promoted knowledge exchange and capacity building in safety.

Dr. Aloqaily currently leads the incident management unit at Aramco with responsibilities covering incident reporting, incident investigation, Emegency management and safety performance management.

Faisal H. Al-Daihani, Managing Director of SADA since 2020, is a seasoned leader with over 22 years of experience in oil and gas training, workforce development, and digital education transformation. He previously held key roles at Saudi Aramco, specializing in HR, training, and organizational leadership. Holding a Master’s in Human Resources from Texas A&M University, Faisal has led SADA’s expansion, increasing training capacity, launching specialized diploma programs, and integrating cutting-edge digital learning systems to develop a highly skilled workforce for Saudi Arabia’s drilling industry.

Abdulrahman is a safety professional with more than 10 years of experience in the energy sector supporting Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Operation. He holds a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals and a master degree in Safety, Health, and Environmental Technology from the National University of Singapore. He is also a Certified Safety Professional by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and a Certified Sustainability Reporting Professional by Global Reporting Initiative. Abdulrahman joined the Loss Prevention Central Office in 2020 where he had worked in different units including Corporate Safety Services, led the safety section of the First Sustainability Report, Safety Technology Roadmap development, and Digitalization & Digital Transformation Roadmap development. Abdulrahman was leading the safety innovation and technology group in Aramco for over 2 years now.
