Holding a Master’s in Human Resources from Texas A&M University, Faisal has led SADA’s expansion, increasing training capacity, launching specialized diploma programs, and integrating cutting-edge digital learning systems to develop a highly skilled workforce for Saudi Arabia’s drilling industry.
